This is some famous tower we stopped to look at in Pisa before we hopped over to Sardina for a couple days. 
Looking down onto the Capital of Sicily, Palermo. A huge, bustling city that overflowed with culture, grit and noise. We took the bus up the the little village of Monreale to see one of the most impressive churchs I've seen yet. It was covered with amazing mosaics, mostly in gold.
The Temple of Jupiter in Pompei, the biggest temple in the ruins. In the background you can see Mt. Vesuvius looking innocent.
