After four years of study and travel, I've found my way home to Oregon. This winter I'll be applying to Nursing School, in an attempt to finally finish my second degree. In the meantime, I'm expanding my resume and enjoying Oregon's backyard.

My first course at lunch yesterday, Hebas Catalan or Catalan Style Beans. They look pretty gross, but they were delicious! They were followed by a traditional Catalan Pork Sausgae, better than anything I had in Munich.
